Amazon Delivery Station
DFL3 consists of a complete Tenant interior renovation of an existing 94,918 sf warehouse, a 30,000 sf Exterior Canopy addition and 9 acres of Civil upgrades. Approximately 10,000 sf of office space, breakroom, conference rooms and training rooms were added along with new loading dock positions, overhead doors, warehouse lighting and warehouse HVAC. Extensive clearing and protection of existing Wetlands was required to install the new Civil upgrades which included a new detention pond, an underground Stormwater storage system and over 50,000 sf of concrete paving. Excellent teamwork, planning and coordination between Bryan Builders, LLC, Amazon, Seefried Properties, Ford & Associates Architects, Inc. and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. enabled this project to be turned over a month ahead of schedule.
