The project scope of work includes the construction of a new elevated unoccupied 149,242 S.F Equipment (Robotics) platform and surrounding occupied 35,110 S.F mezzanine. The scope includes a new hydraulic elevator and new roof mounted HVAC units on existing roof curbs.

New mezzanine columns are being erected into existing interior column foundations that were installed in the initial shell building. The existing fire alarm and fire suppression system is being modified for the new mezzanine.
