This project is for a new interior tenant fit out for a package delivery service to an existing tenant space. The interior scope includes renovation of existing architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements to accommodate the tenants layout. Exterior work includes new striping, new exterior generator, new pre-fabricated canopies and ramps, and the addition of jersey barriers around pedestrian walk-ways.
